I also didn't know that Milwaukee borders the Lake, which makes for an awesome view. These pics taken down Oak Leaf Trail in the Veterans Park. It's down by the Milwaukee Art Museum and Discovery World.
There are beaches further down, just haven't had a chance yet to explore them.

I've heard of Great lakes from middle school's geography class. At that time, we just knew there are 5 lakes, no picture, no video, just names. Those were so far from us. But I'm so glad to see Lake Michigan's picture today. Especially dad in the picture, that's make me feel so close to it.
